How can you get rid of mange on a sunburn really itchy?

I do not burn easily, but I think that since it first exposure to summer sun my shoulders were burned pretty bad. They itch like crap and I can not get rid of the itch, I used Aloe Vera Gel, but it is simply not working. Any help?

I know it's going to sound strange, but when I was younger whenever me and my sister has a sunburn on my mother put on her Elvinger. We differentiate hand and rub it on the burn and it would feel better almost instantly all the pain and itching have disappeared. For we would peel plain lotion smell not on her and helped too. Sorry for the burn and I hope this helps
