Diagnosis Melanoma
My wife had a mole removed that could possibly be a melanoma?

b/c the pathology report was unclear we are getting a second opinion at John’s Hopkins. However, my wife is completely freaking out. Granted I understand she is upset and that melanoma is very likely to be fatal. Do you think she is over re-acting ? I keep telling her to stay in the moment as much as possible until we get a clear diagnosis. Her family doesn’t want to talk with her about it b/c they can’t handle it when someone is emotional. And is her family being unsupported?

A melanoma is one of the most malignant tumours. She may be upset because she would have sensed something.
I pray that the report will be favourable.Give her all the support she requires
