My 20 yr old son has stage 4 melanoma, has anyone out theregone thru this type of cancer and survived?
Your son’s best chance at survival is to be accepted into one of the ongoing clinical trials for one of several new immunotherapy drugs currently being tried as treatments for metastatic melanoma. Joining a trial would not guarantee a cure but there have been some spectacular results in some of these trials. Do some research before picking just any clinical trial. There is a lot of info available on the more successful trials in you do searches by using the Dr’s names.
